Half Moon Golf Academy offers a variety of instructional programmes individually tailored to fit the needs of all golfers from complete beginners through to experienced professionals, adults and children.
The Half Moon Golf Academy is led by the resort's Director of Golf - Ewan Peebles, a PGA professional from Scotland and an adept instructor with over 10 years of experience coaching golfers of all ability levels in both Jamaica and Scotland. As the winner of the 2006 & 2007 PGA of Jamaica order of merit, he is currently their number one ranked professional golfer and he also coached the island's national team for the 2006 Caribbean Amateur Golf Championship.
Dubbed one of the best walking courses in the Caribbean, the recently renovated Half Moon golf course features newly-aligned, multiple tee complexes as well as repositioned fairway and green side bunkers.
ACADEMY PROGRAMS
One Hour Private
One to one tuition focusing on full swing or short game. Includes video and computer analysis.

One Hour Couples
Take a golf lesson with your partner and enjoy learning together. Full swing or short game, includes video and computer analysis.
$150
Two Hour Family Beginners
Learn or improve your game together with introductory clinic covering the basic of both the short game and the full swing.
$250 (based upon 2 adults and a maximum of 4 kids)
One Hour Juniors
Introductory tuition for junior golfers (6-14 years old) focusing primarily on "The Fundamentals" of both the full swing and short game.
$50 per person (up to a maximum of 4 persons)
Two Hour 9 Hole Playing
Hone your club selection, shot selection, and course management skills to shave strokes off your score.
$150 per person (up to a maximum of 3 persons)
